Article 1: Subject of the Agreement This agreement is a virtual sales agreement between LAMA LINGERIE (Seller) and the consumer (Buyer) regarding the sale and delivery of the specified product with its characteristics and price.

Article 2: Seller Information LAMA LINGERIE

Article 3: Buyer Information All members: Individuals who register on LAMA LINGERIE Company’s website and engage in shopping.

Article 4: Contract Subject and Product Information

Product or service type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, selling price, and payment method, as specified on the website.

Article 5: General Provisions 5.1 The buyer confirms that they have read all essential information regarding the specified goods, price, payment method, and all other information and provided electronic confirmation. 5.2 The product is delivered within the specified period announced based on the buyer’s place of residence. 5.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person or entity other than the buyer, the seller is not responsible if that person or entity refuses to accept the product. 5.4 The seller is responsible for delivering the product in good, intact condition, and according to the specifications specified in the order. 5.5 Payment of the sale price and completion of the agreement electronically must occur before the product is delivered. 5.6 If the product price is not paid or the transaction is canceled in the bank records, the seller is exempt from the obligation to deliver the product. 5.7 If the product cannot be delivered on time due to exceptional circumstances, the seller must inform the buyer. 5.8 In case of defects or damages in the delivered products, the buyer must send the products to the seller for maintenance or replacement within 7 days of receipt, and the seller bears the shipping costs.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of product delivery, provided that the product is unused and the packaging is intact. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to the seller by fax or email, and the product must be returned with the sales invoice and a delivery report from the shipping company. The product price will be refunded within 7 days after the seller receives the product in good condition.

Article 7: Competent Jurisdiction In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is the court determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade or the competent court at the seller’s or buyer’s place of residence.

Article 8: Exceptional Cases Where Withdrawal Right is Not Applicable The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of products made according to their special requests or meeting their personal needs.

Article 9: Return and Exchange of Products The buyer bears the cost of shipping in the case of return or exchange, and shipments must be made through the contracted shipping companies. Return shipments bearing shipping costs by the seller will not be accepted.
